HomeHistory   Hell-Hounds         Recruitments

It began a few years before the rise of the Merovingian, when a program was written specifically for the destruction of exiles.  The program was given six humans and was told to use whatever means it deemed necessary to annihilate all known exiles.  For their brute behavior they were named "Hell-Hounds".

For years the program and its crew searched and destroyed countless exiles, exhibiting no mercy.  Many were caught in their narrow path; bluepills and programs alike, making themselves the target of many gangs and authoritative organizations.  Soon they had become exiles and fugitives themselves, with little shelter from the bounty hunters and mercenaries that ate at their every path.

Meanwhile a newly freed and ambitious man been growing in the ranks of the Merovingian, collecting many of the most prominent bounties.  Many had been told of the price on The Hell-Hounds head and naturally Don Huerto had taken up the bounty.  For many months he gathered information on this dangerous program and finally came in contact.  He traced the line and had his position.

The program was watching at a key broadcast location for The Hell-Hounds while they were resting in their ship, The Setitionem.  This was Don Huerto's only chance.  He could not defeat all seven together and the program was a great challange on its own.  He had to attack in stealth.

Don Huerto's mission seemed near completion; he would become the Merovingians top man.  He stared down the scope of his rifle and slowly pulled the trigger.  The phone on the table rang.  There appeared all six of The Hell-Hounds.  He could not abort his mission now.  He continued to slowly pull the trigger.  A shot sounded.  The program had moved to greet the six as Don Huerto had pulled the trigger to its full extent.  He would not run away, only towards the program.

They fought throughout the building.  None of the six engaged, but Don Huerto was still fighting a machine.  He took blow after blow with little counter.  Don Huerto's fate had been sealed.  But another shot fired.  This time it was from a Hell-Hound.  He had pulled out a pistol and shot the program clear through the head.  "Would the Merovingian be willing his protection to us in exchange for six abled-men?"  Don Huerto had taken them back to the Merovingean.  For his service the Merovingian gave him the Hell-Hounds and their ship to command as he saw fit.  This was only the beginning of The Hell-Hound's Reign.
